Must research be useful? Event with Prof. Stark

Prof. Wendelin Stark is an invited speaker at an event organized by the student think tank reatch, 3rd of May, 6:30pm, University of Zurich (KOL-E-18). He will discuss with Prof. Walter Schaffner about what exactly is the motivation behind doing research (usefulness vs. curiosity) which may have significant implications for funding and social impact.
